Our son owns a 20 year old Toyota Echo. It needed some work. Joe and the team at Carlson's were immediately attentive and caring. We began to discuss the Echo and the importance of this vehicle to our son and its safe operation with Joe. Joe was wanting to be of as much help as possible. Joe showed us true character in that he cared and wanted our son to be able to continue to drive and enjoy his car, aside from getting the job to do the repairs. Joe was very honest and up front. Update, Our son's Echo came due for inspection 10/31/2023. Wouldn't you know that the little, ugly, very red search engine light would appear brighter than ever on the cars dash. If you are a NJ resident with a vehicle due for inspection then you know that with this light showing on your dash all you will get in return from the inspection station is a bright red fail sticker to match the search engine light.
We took our Echo back to Carlson's. The folks at Carlson's are extraordinary business people with heart and a true passion for "serving" the public. I'm so over the moon that my son's vehicle has passed inspection and it's all because of Carlson's Automotive and Body Shop. I have a 2013 Audi A5 that I wanted to have repainted. I contacted Carlson's and dealt primarily with Joe. The experience was great and the pricing was fair, especially with current supply chain issues. It took a little longer than expected but the job was expertly done so it was worth the wait. Customer service was excellent from the time i walked in the shop. He looked at my car and gave an estimate plus a time frame. Car was done on the day he said. They did a phenomenal job. The receptionist was excellent and professional as well. When i picked my car up it was also spotless. They definitely get 5 stars.
