He is able to use the light, the dept of field, etc, to show off a house at it's very best. The photos are accurate, not one of the ones that make a shoe box into a mansion; instead, an accurate portrayal of what the home really looks like. He can even take views that look like they were taken from a drone (using his very long extension.
