From start to finish, Quality Care Cleaning was the best! Every phone call and email interaction with the incredibly personable staff was clear and helpful. They always got back to me in a timely fashion and everyone was just so nice! The technicians who came to clean our carpets were so knowledgeable and professional, and made me feel understood and comfortable. On top of all that, my 12-year-old stained CREAM carpet looked brand new after years of various liquid spills, slime, costume make up and more from four children. The guys got on their hands and knees to smell each stain to see how to best treat it- it was incredible. I recommend this company to anyone who has carpets and appreciates stellar customer service!!
