DiFeo Kia is the place to go
Had a great experience at Difeos, where we had purchased our Telluride. We did an oil change, recall and system check, all of which was in the house. Plus they vacuumed out the interior, which I didn't expect. Though she was super busy, and was on the run, Jen was a pleasure to deal with. It also seemed like the folks on the team there look out for each other, and have good morale, which means the leadership is on top of things. The waiting area is kind of in the middle but was fine. Snacks and coffee/tea were a nice addition. Jen also saved us a few bucks on a filter which wasn't quite due for replacement - which I'm sure another place would've charged us for. Overall a great place to take care of any and all car needs!
Very enjoyable experience purchasing my new Sportage from Simon! He was extremely friendly and did whatever he needed to to make sure I got the right car! Also very quick and easy experience with the service department. Very happy overall!
Jen Hanlon was my service advisor. She was awesome. She greeted with a smile & was very courteous & efficient. She was very knowledgeable concerning my vehicle. She also took care of my anti-theft recall without even asking. She also recommended other services to be performed but I declined and thanked her. I will have them done on my next visit. And my my vehicle was done and ready in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend this car dealership and their service department they are all very professional and courteous.
Had a great first experience at DiFeo KIA and Shawna my service advisor. I thought I had made an appointment online the week before, when I arrived Shawna told me I wasn’t in the system but she said not to worry we can get you right in for your recall no problem. Here comes the I best part, she was very pleasant, and exhibited a can-do attitude from they second I walked in the door. There are so many service professionals out there with less then stellar attitudes, Shawna was a breath of fresh air at 8:00am. I will be taking my Kia back to DiFeo again for additional service work in the very near future.
