(September 28, 2019, 10:27 pm)My prior rating was four stars and I noted that all the while the Doctors are amazing, the staff left a lot to be desired. Since then I will say that a lot has changed in fact. The service has improved 100% and although sometimes the hold is insane, I actually had one of these wonderful ladies actually call me back when she saw I hung up. Credit where credit is due! I can certainly notice the change.
