(September 18, 2018, 7:30 am)My husband was recently at Aristacare of Manchester. His care exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The facility is clean and well staffed. The staff are competent and compassionate. And my husband liked the food. A manager visited us early in his stay and asked about his care and if we had any issues. I mentioned a small problem at the entrance (caused by current construction) and it was corrected the next day!!!

(August 9, 2018, 9:44 am)My sister was there recovering from a compression fracture. The staff is pleasant and cooperative, the food is good, physical therapy was excellent and overall it is a pretty nice place.

(June 13, 2018, 12:58 pm)I had my father here for rehab after an elective knee replacement. He and I trusted the staff wholeheartedly while my dad was in Manchester. He had a choice and chose rehab at Aristacare. All were Very attentive, the dining experience was great. The building was clean and the stay was great. He would come back to Manchester for rehab in the future if needed.

(April 17, 2018, 3:52 pm)My father-in-law had a stay here in the Fall of 2017. Ownership has really improved this facility! (my mother-in-law had a stay in 2016 that wasn't nearly as good).
The facility got an internal facelift that really improved the atmosphere and made it more warm and inviting for the patients and visitors. The rooms still need updating, but they are clean. Staff now has uniforms that are consistent and they are attentive to the patients. The facility itself smells clean.
Food service was their strongest suit and continues to be. The choices are usually tasty, at least as far as they can make it, and it arrives warm. They also make an effort to bring as many patients as possible to the dining room to interact and have a better dining experience... Wait staff takes your order and brings it to your table.
Therapy was readily available and consistent as well. The only issue we had was medical transport... The facility used outside companies and some were more reliable than others.
Overall, ownership has made this a much better place. -

(March 11, 2018, 12:34 pm)I"ve visited this facility several times, and i am constantly impressed. They have wonderful caring staff, and the place is always clean and neat. i have visited other nursing homes in the past, and this one definitely surpasses the others!
