“I'm sharing my experience with Berge Hvacr. Yesterday contacted Karen @ Berge & made appointment for tech to come over this morning. Jason, the tech arrived within the scheduled window time as Karen indicated. He diagnosed the problem, called for availability of replacement parts, picked up the part during the day and returned to install in afternoon. Jason was thorough, diligent & professional in diagnosing & fixing the condenser.In fact, this was the second time I used berge within the last couple of months. They previously came over to service an unrelated issue with my a/c system. As in today's case, tech arrived at the scheduled time & fixed problem . From initial call to fixing system for a fair price, I'm highly satisfied with the service provided to me & would definitely use again.”
