Typically if you visit a department and find someone working there, the odds are good that you will see them in that department in your next trip. They must treat their employees pretty well, I've seen the same group when I go in.”

“09/22/2018: Dinner again this evening at Donovans. Chicken Murphy (mild) was great! Wife enjoyed a chicken salad. I moved to Toms River a year ago and feel really lucky to have "discovered" Donovans. Was particularly impressed tonight by one of the staff helping a wheel-chair bound customer back to their car. This level of caring also shows in their service, quality of food and their employee's in general. I strongly advise anyone in the area to visit Donovans for a drink, meal or both.
