Cream Ridge Transmission

Had a transmission+ disaster with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Took some time to get everything addressed, but the vehicle is running very smooth and like new. Jim did a great job in the repair and communicating what needed to be done.

I brought my 2012 Ford F250 diesel here for a transmission issue I was having. and right away I felt super comfortable, they told me once they looked into it They would let me know what the problem was. So I have a warranty on the truck, Which covers the transmission. So with that being said, they were a nightmare to deal with. But Jim and his secretary dealt with them as nicely as they could, And everything worked out the way it should have. And with that being said, my transmission was fixed The way it should be and it's working Great...I can't say enough about Jim and his crew, They are awesome thank you.

Good experience at this establishment. Jim is a straight up guy no worries with him. Had my truck dropped off for a transmission rebuild. Had it done in 4 days. Unfortunately, the brand new torque converter turned out to be a dud from the factory. Jim had a new one put in within 3 days no expense to me. Still all finished within a week or so, even with the setback. Even threw in a new battery no charge. Place to go for transmission issues.
