Tyler has been my father's Physical Therapist for more than three years.Tyler provided PT pre and post knee replacement surgery, working on strength and stability. Tyler has also helped him with inner ear crystals that affected his balance. My father is now 87 and recuperating from COVID. Tyler provided home PT for the first 2 weeks post rehab and he is now back at the clinic in Point Pleasant two days a week.

Tyler's personality, patience and encouragement have greatly helped my father. My father loves going to PT and looks forward to seeing Tyler.

It's been almost two years since my Parkinson's Disease diagnosis. Having just had my yearly physical, I was anxious to hear from my internest how I was doing with my general health. Last week my internist stated that in the last 15 years of physicals, I am in the best shape this century!

How did this happen, as a diagnosed Parkinson's patient? The recommendation for a Parkinson's patient is to do large muscle exercise several times per week, like boxing, running and physical therapy. I met Dr. Horton shortly after my diagnosis, and was using a walker to get around. Through his guidance of neuro therapy, not only did I dump the walker within several weeks of working with him, but also continued driving, as well as training to run a 5K with my daughter.

Dr. Tyler is not a one-size-fits-all PT, but rather, an expert at helping you when your condition is neurologically based. I have trainers, doctors and therapists on my "team" and Dr. Horton is one of the main members of my team. If you want straight talk and a no-nonsense approach to your rehabilitation, you should contact Dr. Horton and start feeling better right away.

Dr. Tyler Horton has been a godsend in the way he's identified the causes of my discomfort and directed an effective course of Physical Therapy to alleviate pain. I met Tyler when he was consulting at a PT clinic. I followed him immediately when he opted to go out on his own as I was rehabbing from neurosurgery. Tyler's upbeat personality, clear instruction and reassuring expertise are a winning mix. I recommend him highly.
