“I can sum up my experience in one word-AWESOME! I have high end appliances and have used several other companies with limited success over the years. Marvel recommended Anytime for my wine fridge repair. They were very pleasant to deal with from my initial phone call through giving me 20 mins heads up prior to arrival. The master tech, Lance not only diagnosed the problem within 30 secs and made the repair in under an hour, but he spend time to check other wine fridge vitals to make sure there was nothing else obvious that was going wrong. He was a wealth of knowledge on appliance manufacturers and gave me a ton of tips and pointers. Turns out that Anytime does repairs on all of my appliances, so by accident, I found a one-stop shop for all future repairs. Also, the repair charge was very reasonable, as they are clearly not out to rip off clients like many other repair companies. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Anthony”

“Bobby was polite and able to work around my busy schedule. He showed up on time (close enough, called to say he was on the way from another job). The problem was a GE French Door friidge with bottom freezer that kept icing up around the fridge coils. He cleared out the iced section (a temp fix) and worked neatly. To really fix this problem would require a full defrosting of the fridge which would have taken a long time. With this solution, I can plan for him to come back and do a more in depth diagnosis to solve the problem (most likely after the holidays). Problem temporarily and satisfactorily averted. And with all that, the cost was right and fair (wink).”
