World Class Roofer! Had a leak on my 1 year old home.
My builder would not call me back so my neighbor recommended John Nelke. During a storm John personally came out and repaired my roof for a nominal cost. John informed me in a professional way that the builder that built my house did not use the correct shingles and did not secure the shingles properly. My wife asked John for a price for a new roof because our builder could not be found. John did NOT give us a quote or try and sell us a new roof. Instead, John offered to help us contact the roofer that installed the roof and contact the company that makes the shingles. Thank you John Nelke Roofing. If I could leave a 10 star review I would!
John came by our house to take a look at our roof because it was leaking into the front of our house. He was very timely and professional and explained everything really well for us. We’re a young couple and new homeowners and he made us feel very comfortable with navigating the whole thing. We would ONLY go to John again for any of our roofing needs!
