  First time I spent the time to hire/use a mover, and Meelheim’s didn’t disappoint. First things first...the owner personally came out and provided me with a detailed and accurate estimate. After they accommodated my busy work schedule, these guys showed up and were quick, clean, and very professional. They took their time padding my furniture tv’s etc., and handled everything as if it were their own. Even tho I didn’t move far (waretown to manahawkin) I had bunch of stuff, these guys saved me a ton of time. Two thumbs up in my book...a mom and pop business that’s clearly been doing this for years. Thanks again for the great service, see you next move!

  Meelheim;s transfer & company was absolutely fantastic. They go and above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Moving could be super stressful. In my case I was buying and selling of my house. I had a 2 stories house, with a basement plus pool and tons of outdoor furniture. He moved everything. The price was more than reasonable and the quality and care of his crew was unmatched. The buyer of my house on the last minute his loan was pulled from the bank. Jeff Meelheim was flexible accommodating time and date of moving so I can work around bank's inflexible scheduled. In the end hid everything at not additional cost. He actually saved over close to S4000 of additional expenses that I was supposed to pay. I'm for ever grateful. This is family owned business and you would feel like part of the family from minute they come to house to provide accurate and prompt estimates.

  Great local family-owned company. I initially chose another company to get a quote based on a recommendation. However, "The Other Guys" wouldn't work around my schedule (I'm a health care professional). Ron from Meelheim's came to my house and did an estimate when it was convenient for ME. I received a call the day before the move with a confirmation time for the crew's arrival. They were spot-on. The crew worked quickly and efficiently on what was a brutally humid day. They did a superb job protecting my belongings as well as being careful with the floors and carpeting on both my residences. I highly recommend.

  After moving twice in 2 years, I was apprehensive about choosing a company in this area. We were originally from north jersey.
  WOW - what a professional. organized, and courteous company and crew. Jeff the owner accommodated us with a change of date due to he horrible weather. Jeff also was on site over viewing the crew of young movers. They wrapped everything with care and was able to get it all to the new address in a timely manner. The crew could not of been more accommodating, neat, and mannerly.
  I highly recommend this company for any type of move.

  I highly recommend this moving company. I haven’t moved in 26 years, they made it so easy. From scheduling with Jeff and Ron (who are so nice) to the guys working the day of the big move. Particularly Rich and Nick, hard working crew and very polite. I can’t say enough good things about them, it was an 11 hour day for them but they never slowed down. Thank you guys...I’m telling everyone about your company!
