We had a leak form Storm Ian in October 2022. James from Dover Roofing came immediately and diagnosed the problem. There were leaks from old windows. He immediately did what he could to minimize damage and gave advice on how to proceed.

We had horrible trouble with the new windows ordered. He installed them and tested them and found that all new Anderson windows were defective. He helped us work with the store where we ordered them from and made sure they replaced and installed them until they were perfect. He was always available to make sure things ran smoothly. He gave us contacts on who to get to fix all the internal problems caused by the storm, ie: flooring, electrical, sheetrock, painter.

He made sure everything was properly fixed and he completed his portion of the job perfectly.

We will always be appreciative that he is always available when we need him. He always comes in a timely manner. He always replaces and repairs everything we need perfectly.

Although I hate to have a reason to call him, I am always glad that I can count on him if I do need to call him. He is always professional, keep a clean work site and goes above and beyond what is needed.

Dover Roofing replaced the front portion of my home due to a hailstorm several years ago and more recently strong winds and rainstorm last summer. I have unsightly water marks on my ceiling and livingroom wall which I need to have repainted. James Rowley assessed the problem and said that the problem was NOT due to flashing around my fireplace which the insurance company assessor said "was the cause of the leak". I contracted Dover Roofing to replace my roof. They found the damage, patched it and proceeded to replace the front portion of my house. James gave me a letter to submit to the insurance company indicating the real cause of the leak which strenghtened my case for reimbursement from the insurance company. If it wasn't for James, I would have been forced to pay for the whole job as the insurance company was not willing to reimbursement me at all. Dover Roofing and Siding did a great job and I am totally satisfied and happy. With Dover Roofing's help, I received reimbursement for the cost of my replaced roof.

James was extremely professional, honest, and fair with all of my dealings with him. He was truthful when another big company came in using scare tactics that would have more than doubled the price of the work. He was prompt from start to finish. Most of all, our roof looks fantastic!
