“My wife and I, both of us closer to 50 than 40 years old, recently joined Crunch. We wanted personal trainers so that we could learn how to achieve our desired results efficiently and without hurting ourselves. We were evaluated by Tim and he was able to spot weak areas in both of us that needed to be worked on. The guy knows his stuff and we were both confident that we were in good hands. I have worked with trainers Tim and Steve M. and I can highly recommend both of them. My wife also takes private yoga lessons with Ryan and she loves training with him. We are both currently training with Kelly K. and she is extremely knowledgeable with the added benefit of a good sense of humor. She makes our workouts fun and something to look forward to. The gym itself is always clean and we have liked every staff member that we have met. They're a nice bunch of people. We have had nothing but good experiences with other members. It's a nice mix of people of all ages, body types, and fitness levels. I have been able to workout every time I have gone which is usually five days a week. Sometimes the gym is more crowded than others but I have always found free equipment to use.”
