I am still in awe each day that I no longer smoke ! Started @15yrs old & never fully put them down - nothing stopped me not being pregnant ( gave birth to 11lb healthy boy) not having a family member die @45 from smoking & not a near death experience- bacterial pneumonia in both lungs . Finally I got sick of the cost ,the smell etc & tried this . I must say they set you up to be successful- lots of reading materials & honest conversations about the difficulty you may experience .They give real life scenarios & solutions the rest is up to you .And if your READY you WILL be SUCCESSFUL! Like I said I am still in awe that after 35yrs I no longer smoke ! (I quit with the odds agaisnt me- I have a TBI-traumatic brain injury & I was able to do it - as long as your ready & willing to deal with it YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL!! DO IT FOR YOURSELF ITS A WONDERFUL FEELING!
