My experience purchasing a new 2019 Civic EX with Michael A. was great! Michael was extremely knowledgeable of both the vehicles on the lot and the purchasing process. He made sure I was completely satisfied not only with my new vehicle but also with the finances as well, and kept my friend and I comfortable while the purchasing process was completed. My friend was so impressed that they are going to contact Michael in the near future to navigate the purchase their new Honda! I am so happy with the Honda brand and Honda of Toms River, and would definitely purchase another Honda from Michael in the future.

Honda of Toms River’s service advisor (Rita) was very friendly, listened closely to my concerns and wrote up the required service very professionally. I needed a shuttle to return home and a driver was available immediately. The shuttle was very nice, the driver very friendly and courteous. The service was completed in a timely manner and since a part needed to be ordered, the service adviser was very sympathetic and apologized repeatedly making me feel that Honda of Toms River really cared about me as a customer.
