“Our family had to make a difficult decision to place my dad in a nursing home due to his dementia. Michelle Keller, admissions, was amazing. She walked us through the entire process, explaining the routine of the unit and the regulations. She has the patience of a saint, in that she made herself available to answer all of my questions, and there were many. On the day we moved my dad in, her and Bob were very supportive. The nursing staff in the Applewood unit were compassionate. The entire team made the transition easier. Since we moved him in, Michelle made a point to call me to provide an update. They have kept my mom updated on how he is doing. As we move forward, the staff at Holiday Care is considered as part of our extended family.”

I was very happy with how things were explained to me, and Dr. Rella was very caring and easy to talk with. My whole experience was very pleasant, from greeting the girls at the front desk to the friendly and well informed assistants, to the beautifully clean and up to date office, it was truly a five star experience. I referred my fiance to come here as well, and he also loved the office, Dr. Rella and his staff.
