“My Aunt has been here for 1 month so far. She’s improved so much with the daily therapy and she looks so much better. Her spirits have lifted. She’s making friends and enjoys all the activities they do for the residents especially Bingo. I’m very happy with her progress. The staff is very nice and caring from what I’ve witnessed. Only thing negative I’d have to say is I wish she had a room by herself. Seems like a lot of her clothing I bought to her is missing. She said they took her laundry so I’ll visit in 2 days with an update.”

“Mike was the gentleman who helped me with this process from the start. I had an appointment for an estimate and he promptly started and explained to me throughout reviewing the car what he saw. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the repairs to me. He explained in detail how long the parts usually take to come in and he assured me that they would start repairing as soon as the parts were delivered. The front desk women were very helpful giving me updates on my vehicle and also being in contact with the insurance company. Jacks Body Shop and their staff have made this stressful process so much easier for me. Of course I will continue to use Jacks for my repairs etc, this is now the second vehicle of mine that they have completed work on. Along with 3 other family members cars they have repaired.
