“I have been coming to occ for three years now and there have been amazing steps taken in the right direction. Only problem I have is with the bookstore, it is great that the lines aren’t long anymore however they run out gen ed books for weeks, some staff is rude, some are helpful. Specifically, they ran out of college algebra books by the first day of class starting, very irritating because by the time I got the book I was behind in my class by an entire week. Aren’t there registration lists that says how many students are expected to take the class? I feel as though it was a situation that could have been easily avoided. Not to mention outrageous prices.”

The staff is more personable and they listen to my concerns about my dental process. I came to them with major dental problems with no finances other than my insurance coverage. They worked with me to get me a beautiful smile. Yes, sometimes I have to wait but it doesn’t bother me. When I go to my PCP, I wait!! When I go to Red Lobster, I wait!!
