I came here with my twin boys and it was perfect because they had booths and the friendly girl behind the counter and I believe the owner happily sliced their pizza into toddler size slices. Small living but it feels like your own comfortable and cozy condo. Block away from beach and very close to nearby towns, as well as Ortley Beach shops of all types. Gets very crowded though.”

“Three days before my daughter's wedding, Karen and everyone at Park Ave South came to my rescue and I couldn't be more grateful! I originally ordered my dress from another shop. Unfortunately, the dress was ordered a size too small and although the seamstress made every effort to make the dress fit, I was not comfortable in it. My son's girlfriend told me that she had purchased many dresses at Park Ave South so I headed there on Wednesday evening. Upon hearing my dilemma and sensing my panic, Karen calmed me immediately and pulled dress after gorgeous dress for me to try. Unable to make a decision that evening, even after "calling a friend", I returned the next morning and purchased the first dress Karen had me try on. It needed minor alterations (or so I thought) and upon calling her, the seamstress told me to bring the dress to her home. As it happened, the hem of the dress was such that it was more work than originally thought. However, this lovely woman told me not to worry and when I returned to her home to pick it up the day before the wedding, it was perfect!!!! I cannot believe that I have lived in Toms River for 25 years and had never been to Park Ave South! I received many compliments on the dress and will definitely return!!! Thank you a million times over!!!!!”
