“I joined this gym because they have daycare and a small OUTSIDE play area when the weather is nice for the kids. The classes are great, love the spin and weights class with Ande, boot camp with Karen, and Sculpt with Dana. One star off because they should have an app to sign up for a spin bike, nothing like getting there and bikes are full.”

“I have been going there for years, the price is right they have all the machines there. You can pay $20. a month and get unlimited training, use of the message chairs and also the hydro bed. I can tell there's great leadership among the employees as well as excellent communication. The gym equipment is clean, safe and we'll taken care of. They have swings and for the children slides it's a nice place across the street from that is a baseball field it's in a Housing Development they have a big sign outside showing Flair Ridge Park it is a little park that's there it is handicapped accessible there's free parking no bathrooms no liquor water or soda that's about it”

Master Turner incorporates modern training with the traditional martial arts training so that every child is engaged and active. I’ve enjoyed them both and found them challenging and led by a motivating and friendly instructor.
