“This company is seriously OUTSTANDING! I am a home owner who has been renting out my house from out of state the last three years. That alone is a stressful experience. My previous management company was horrible and neglected my house, my tenants and me. I eventually switched over to Blue Diamond Realty where Jerry Nowlan answered every question I had and even added in an addendum for the items I wanted in our contract. From the bottom of my heart, I am very grateful I found this gem of a company in such a big city! So far, I am very impressed. The owner's contract is month to month, management fee is fair, Jerry and is team are very helpful and have been more professional than I have seen any other management company I interviewed or used. Give this company a try. They actually know their clients and take care of them. I'd give more stars but Google only allows five :)”

“I had to get my truck towed today which had been sitting at a friends house. I called Triple AAA and then dispatched Undertoe! I was hoping to have them come out, because I had them come out before and they were on point. Ajay was there within 30 minutes and then I realized a left my key at my house. I called an friend and she brought it down quickly. Most companies would have peaced and left, but not this time. “I am in the midst of my second rehabilitation - the first an ankle fusion 5 years ago and now a knee replacement. Because of the excellent care I received at Nova Care I have excellent mobility in my ankle - more than I expected initially. My knee replacement rehab is coming along - I have great flexibility because of the many exercises and therapy. You will really like the therapists - they are gentle when needed and will push you to do the best you can do. I thank them for all they have done for me.”

She was patient and very personable. She took hours to complete my hair and is a perfectionist. My hair came out better than I even had imagined in my own mind. “I booked a room for one night about a week ago for my girlfriends birthday. I booked the Ocean Breeze room and because it was her birthday I asked if they could do some to make the room look a little more romantic for her. The day of checking in I called to ask if I could check in earlier then the time listed. They told me yes & that because they weren’t able to fill my request of making it a little more romantic for we they decided to instead upgrade our room from the Ocean breeze (no view of the ocean at all) to the Beach Front room (Literally right next to the beach entrance) witch has a beautiful & perfect view of the ocean. So to sum it up I asked for rose pedals on the bed and instead I got an upgrade to a room twice the price of my original booking. On top of the staff was SUPER nice. The room was nice and clean. Some towels had some stains on them but you could tell they were clean. Honestly just looked like tanning oil on them so like no big deal. Clean, soft towels just some little stains on top of that. We got a better room then I paid for I could care less. I will for sure be booking there again next year on her birthday again. Thank you so much to everyone working there. Will 100% be staying there again anytime I’m there again”
