  Living at Avalon Bloomingdale from beginning to end has been an absolute pleasure.
  If i had to point out one thing that impressed me the most it would have to be the staff, always smiling, always greeted by name, always an immediate response when emailed. One name in particular for her excellent ability to make me feel super comfortable and at home would be Meghan. An absolute doll! And she’s the property manager! Most managers have a chip on their shoulder, not this one :)
  Moving into the apartment everything was pristine as if i were the first ever living there, an awesome feeling.
  They hold packages at the front desk, have “date night” food trucks once a week for fun, hold gatherings for guests to meet each other and ample parking.
  Also look out for specials on rentals and deposit deals! They also have flexibility on how many months you’d like to rent Incase you have purchasing a house in your future in mind.

  My husband and I lived at the Avalon in Bloomingdale for 2 plus years and I have all good things to say about it! We loved our apartment as when we moved in everything was very clean and well kept. We loved the apartment, we were in a one bedroom but it was just enough space for the 2 of us. Everything was very quiet, I have lived in other apartments where you can hear everything and it was so quiet. The grounds were always very well kept as were the amenities and if we ever needed anything done it was always completed within the next day. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating, especially Meghan Hayes- I don't have enough good things to say about her. She was beyond accommodating with our situation which was tough with finding a house and timing and was always so great to work with, she is amazing at what she does! I have all good things to say about Avalon and would absolutely recommend it to anyone, we found a house to move into but otherwise we would have stayed there again until we found a house. Everything was so clean and well kept and everyone there was very friendly- also super pet friendly so many people have dogs. I would 100% recommend it to anyone considering moving into apartments.

  The perfect place to live. After moving from apartment complex to apartment complex, I finally found one I don't want to leave. Having dealt with a staff in a previous complex who wouldn't refund me after they towed my brand new car for no reason, the staff here at Avalon Bloomingdale is top notch and extremely personable. The units are large, clean, and any needed repairs are done promptly. The amenities are excellent with the pool and gym on site, and the surrounding area offers great places to eat (the grocery store 30 seconds away is pretty nice!). I must recommend for anyone considering this community.

  Although this is not an assisted living facility I am handicapped. Everyone here has always been willing to go the extra mile from the Maintenance staff to the people in the front office to help me. This is a very well kept up development. Snow is always plowed and shoveled immediately. Lawns kept up in the Spring and Summer.
  And all the staff do this with a smile on their face and an extra minute to chat. It is pet friendly here and I enjoy seeing the dogs. Also it is a non smoking property and I appreciate that as well. I enjoy living here at Avalon Bloomingdale

  Last evening there was a wine tasting social event in the complex lounge...I went thinking I would be the only person there and was pleasantly surprised at the turnout and, even better, made some new friends! Being new, it was so nice finally getting the opportunity to meet some of the neighbors and share stories. Although the best part was nobody had a negative thing about the complex....normally when you get people together (with a little wine), people have horror stories and the "truth" comes out, but it was all positive, which just reconfirms my decision to move here! I now cannot wait for the warmer weather when we can get together for BBQ and poolside!
