As you can see from most reviews she has excellent reviews apart from a customer was angry (Michael Mk Electric) at the fact she had to shut due to the safety of her unborn child (almost full term) she was in hospital.
This customer has left 3 angry voicemails, so when she phoned to apologise & send him lunch. He told her to stop with the excuses and be open.
For the lady to shut her own business for the day & lose out on sales etc... meant something far more important had come up unexpectedly & had concerns for her baby.
This customer has shown little empathy or sympathy under the situations. For myself to have had miscarriages, you don’t know what this lady has gone through & she had a good reason to shut up her business for the day while she & the baby could be monitored & taken care for.
I can get why your so angry as you must love this place for you to become so worked up with the fact it was closed. She appreciates the support of/from customers who support their local small businesses, which you have obviously shown.
However please show some compassion, she wouldn’t have shut if she didn’t feel it was an emergency.
She didn’t want to let customers down & has been upset over this , but what did you want her to do? Risk her baby in the process so you could get your lunch?
(February 19, 2019, 2:02 pm)Chicken is decent (no greasiness or too much fried skin lol), curly fries are good. Mac and cheese was a bit bland but I will definitely stop by here again to eat anyways! Only critique is the look of the place especially since it took me awhile to realize this place existed! But overall, I'm glad I found a chicken joint closer to home :)
(November 7, 2018, 5:38 pm)So good!! The chicken strips with the honey mustard & buffalo sauces are AMAZING along with the curly fries & sliders. A MUST HAVE!! Go down & give it a try yourself, you won’t be sorry!!
