Concentra Urgent Care

I used Concentra in another state, and both sites, including this one in Clifton NJ, are great. Wonderful nurses! they have so much paperwork to do, so many phone calls to get through, yet they manage to maintain human/personal touch. My doctor was also amazing! If I needed their services again, I would definitely choose this Clifton site. Parking lot has many spaces, and was always available, both times I visited the site. Plenty of space in the waiting area. I obtained my lab results afterwards, for personal record, quickly, and without any issues!! Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work.

Reception was respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. Sandra was kind, good humored, and professional. I would recommend this place of you have extra time in your hands. They do not take appointments and it's always busy. When I went the wait was 90 minutes. The one in Clifton is across the street from the public library, so a wonderful place to wait and be close by. Even though I registered for the system that was supposed to text me, I never got a message. Thankfully, someone called me. I popped back over and got seen right away. The staff is wonderful. The wait time, not so much.

The staff was great, the only reason I’m not giving the 5 stars was because of the wait time, other than that had a very good experience. Once I got called everything was smooth and the staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. Even though might be a long wait I recommend this location, or maybe make an appointment which I didn’t have not sure if that helps with the wait.

Staff was very attentive and professional. Even with my company making mistakes on paperwork causing them to make numerous phone calls and adjustments they all were extremely kind and sincere with me. The doctor was just as great as her staff as well. Thanks to all the wonderful ladies who set a great example of what a medical facility should be like.
