Nancy in the office was great keeping me informed of the progress, from ordering to setting up a date for the installation. Anthony, the owner came out of his office and spoke with me, asking me how everything went with the installation. “About 2 weeks ago during the iced rain my car battery completely died. I called up pat and Dan's at 8:45am ish and they came out to my house hooked my car up and brought it to the shop which was about 1/2 away across town. Pat even drove me home. Later that day they called me with an update that they replaced the battery in my car and they offered to drive it back to my house. Awesome service and they are always so nice. Thanks and will be coming here for years to come.”
