Marta came to our home for a head check. She was so sweet and very informative! She was also amazing with my kids. The owner is always reachable and she and I have texted back and forth. There were certain things I wasn't sure what I found while doing my own head checks before Marta came to my home so the owner let me send photos for review. She was always quick with a response. I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown when we discovered lice in our family for the first time. This company came out the same day and treated our heads thoroughly. They spent about 3.5 hours here! They counseled us on what cleanup measures to take in the house and what preventative and treatment measures to use on our heads. We followed the instructions. One week later, they came back and rechecked us all, EXTREMELY THOROUGHLY. We are 100% clear. I advise anyone dealing with this problem to leave it to these professionals. They calmed me down and helped me fix the problem.
Faced with our first lice experience I had no idea what to do and so I called a friend who recommended Head to Head. I called Saturday at 7:30pm on a holiday weekend and thankfully someone was able meet us at the office 8:30pm. We left a few minutes after 11pm with a bill of $525 but my two kids were treated and thankfully my exam found nothing. A week later we did our recheck and were told everything looked good but at the same time comforted that we had a 30-day guarantee if something did come up. At their advice I continued to do comb outs for reassurance. Twenty-two days later from our initial visit I found a louse doing one of the comb outs. I called to make an appointment and upon arrival was told I needed to pay for a head check, even if they found something, but the treatment would be covered. I don't understand why I needed to pay for a head check when I paid for the treatment, but now that the treatment was free I needed to pay for a head check. It makes sense if they did not find anything, but they did. I paid and left but afterwards posted this review and followed up with the owner. She called me saying she wanted to make it right and refunded the $25. With that I have increased my rating, but do believe that noting it as “30-Day Guarantee / 100% Effective Guarantee” it is not properly documented that a fee still is required.
When I found a bug crawling on my daughters hair I lost it. My husband called on Sunday afternoon to get help. We were able to go right in and someone came out to check my mom at her house. I can't say enough to compliment the staff and the response time with Head to Head. Treatment was guaranteed and no charge for a follow up.
