“Fast and friendly. Had to get all 4 tires replaced on my work van. They had more than one brand in stock, they took time to look at the current tires, the recommended tire types, and the manufacturer recommendations. Lots of places don't notice that the tire specs inside the door require a different air pressure for the front and back tires, but they noticed right away. There were several cars ahead of me but they worked through the line quickly. The shop was busy but I didn't wait long at all. I highly recommend this as a good place to ask for tire advice, they will take time to explain what you need and why. The staff speaks both English and Spanish. I'll definitely return again for tires.”

“John is amazing! He went out of his way to help me out with a situation I was having with another transmission shop. I called IPT with questions about another shop's work (I had gone thru level 10 to get my valve body reworked and that's where the nightmares began. Long story short, I now have 2 valve bodies that are useless to me) Upon my conversation with John, He went above and beyond to help me out. I am extremely grateful for the customer service he has shown to me. Walked me thru the process and called with updates. Very professional As for the valve body itself. I could not be happier with the final result. The shifts are very fast compared to the factory valve body. They are more aggressive as well. Overall, I genuinely recommend IPT over the competition to any one looking for this upgrade.”
