The oil changes are shockingly cheap, half the price of anywhere else it seems, on my old Lexus, but the 2 hour wait was surprising, with an appointment.
This is a dealbreaker for me, and I'd rather pay the extra $30 elsewhere and get it done in 20 minutes, but if you are in a dire financial situation and can work on something while you're there I'd recommend it.
They didn't tell me anything was broken either or try to upsell me (surprisingly) after the oil change.
