(July 21, 2018, 8:42 pm)I cannot say enough good things about Ken and Pete at 821. I had an accident with my brand new car. You would never know it! Restored to good as new. Bonus - they completely dealt with my not-so-cooperative insurance company. If you need any work done at all, do not bother going anywhere else.

job they did!! There was not the slightest hint of damage and my car looks brand new. They do quality work and they're reasonable with their pricing. The shop is clean, well-maintained. Both Pete and Ken are friendly and return your calls and texts promptly. This is the best service I've ever had on my car. I was recommended by a friend that lives in NJ and I live in the Bronx. We have plenty of body repair places here, but I would never go anywhere else but 821 Collision. It's a trip for me, but it's well worth it. It's very hard to find a trustworthy body repair shop, but I found one and this is it.

(May 31, 2018, 1:09 pm)I just picked up my car from 821 Collision. The car is beautiful and looks like brand new. I was in a minor accident and work near the shop. I called and spoke to the owner, Peter, who was extremely nice. I brought the car to him for an estimate and was very impressed with the shop. The shop is spotless and everyone was very friendly. I had the estimate within a few hours. I had a small dent and scratch on the rear of my car and the hood and the front end were smashed along with the bumper and fenders. I have pearl paint on my car which I understand is not easy to match. The car was repaired in a timely manner and was done perfectly. I can't tell where the scratches were. The work done was much better than my expectation and I highly recommend 821 Collision to anyone who needs body work done.
