(January 21, 2021, 3:32 pm)Mr. DeFranco couldn't make a copy of my impossible key (neither could home depot or lowes) but he offered to try to fix it. And he wouldn't take payment. Very professional, no wait, very knowledgeable. He actually created set items for the show "Elementary" which was pretty cool and also works on antiques. This is now my key spot. EDIT- The fix worked and I didn't need a new key like he advised!
