“Katalin is an exceptional healer. She is an excellent acupuncturist of course, and she also practices the Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Test (NAET). Together this is a powerful combination to cure many different ailments and complaints. I started with Katalin for pain relief due to sciatica and acupuncture really helped me a lot. I would come to her with pain and she could treat me with the needles right away. More importantly Katalin was also able to help me with my fatigue and adverse reactions to things in the environment - viruses, smoke mix, dairy, vitamin deficiencies etc. I highly recommend Katalin if you have any physical limitations, she can cure you with the needles and/or through NAET. We don't even realize how much we are affected by the things around us. And once cured, you feel liberated. You feel great again. “Cheryl is absolutely amazing. She is a Yoga Therapist and teaches each of her students individually. She teaches you so that you are able to have your own practice. I love seeing her every week and I have seen so much improvement in my flexibility. My body just feels and looks different. As a beginner, Cheryl starts you off with a 4 class package where she will personally coach and show you each pose for your personal practice. She focuses on teaching you the correct alignment for you and is able to modify stretches to your ability. Her classes are small group but highly individual. After the four initial classes, you are able to actually have your own individual practice to use at home and then improve and add to weekly. I have seen improvement every week. I started Cheryl's classes in April and I look forward to seeing her every week. Just recently, I have literally had a pain in my butt. Cheryl modified my practice and gave me stretches to help ease the pain of the piriformis muscle. Whenever I leave her class I feel better than when I go in. Cheryl was able to help me more than seeing the doctor. If you are new to yoga or have experience, Cheryl will help you to improve your practice. Her classes are not group led where the teacher is in the front leading a class. Cheryl guides and leads each individual student and is constantly improving her students practice. I am able to apply what I have learned in her classes to help improve my life. I am so appreciative that she offers her unique classes. If you are still unsure if her class is right for you, call and she will explain how her classes are run. You will not be disappointed.”
