My husband and I are very pleased with the service and care that we have been receiving from Wayne EyeCare. Dr. Ramy Seyam is very knowledgeable, professional and kind..he spends time with you, listens to you and is always on time. Sara at the desk is always so friendly and helpful and does a wonderful job managing the office - I have bought 3 pair of eye glasses from her so far as the quality and style can't be beat (contact lenses too!). Dr. Seyam and Sara are both very likeable and make a great team - we are very happy with Wayne EyeCare!

Absolutely great experience. Front desk was awesome. Doctor was incredible, I'm mad at myself for not going here before. Only place I'll go now. Highly recommend everyone else does the same .

The best optometrist in the area! I've seen my fair share of eye doctors but I have found one I am sticking with. Everyone there is very nice and the doctor is very thorough. I Definitely recommend if your looking for great eye care.

The doctor emailed my wife at 7:30am for my 9:30am appointment asking "are you available to come in at 10:15am today instead?" Unfortunately she did not see the email and I showed up on time and finally left 15 min later when no one picked up the phone, arrived, or had a note on the door. Given the short notice would have expected the doctor to wait for my confirmation.
On a positive note after my review, I received 2 follow up calls to make good by rescheduling my appt + offering to re-evaluating my prescription which feels worse than my current after I got my glasses.
