I was going to the Valley Urgent Care on Hamburg Turnpike, but they have walk ins and the wait was always long. I decided to go to Dr. Duarte since I was able to get an appointment on line. So happy I did this, she is wonderful, takes her time, explains everything and it just a very nice person. Everyone in this office is great. I have made her my primary for me and my husband.

I couldn’t be more happy that I found Dr. Duarte. She is the sweetest person! Very caring and follows up with you. She helps put my very anxious mind at ease and always listens to everything you have to say! The other staff is also very friendly and the office is clean and not too overwhelming. Highly highly recommend!!

I can't understand how anyone could rate this practice anything short of 5 stars. Dr. Brabston has been my primary doctor for at least 10 years and probably more like 15, and he is the most respectful, intelligent, thorough, and understanding provider I have ever had.
Waiting time is a big deal for me since I have difficulty sitting for long due to a terrible back, and I have *never* waited more than 10 minutes.
The staff is dedicated, polite, and there is almost no turnover- a HUGE indicator of how a practice is run. Some staff members have been there as long as I have been a patient.
Perhaps most importantly, Dr. Brabston reviews everything at every visit and does not rush. Some doctors hear but don't LISTEN- Dr. Brabston listens to what I am saying and trusts my knowledge of my own body- he does not dismiss my thoughts about some serious conditions I have, and that has made all the difference.
This practice truly serves the community.

Dr. Durate is a caring, thorough, and intelligent provider. I never feel rushed through our visits, and she really listens to my needs. The office is clean, parking is easy, staff is very friendly, and scheduling is also simple. She gives you her full focus and all the time you may need regardless of how busy the office may be! She also is very responsive to the patient portal messages. I highly recommend Dr. Durate. I want to thank her and her office staff for providing such great care!

I was in need of a new primary physician and I am very glad I proceeded with Valley Medical Group!! I first seen by Tanisha who asked me questions and administered my flu shot - she was very welcoming and kind which made me feel very comfortable in the new environment. My flu shot was also very painless with her. I was then seen by Ancy George APN for my physical - she was very kind and explained concepts very well, I understood everything she explained and she took time to answer the questions I had. She also offered numerous resources to better my health which I greatly appreciated. I then got my lab work done downstairs which was very convenient - the phlebotomist was thorough with explanations and helped me understand everything. Overall, I had an amazing experience and am excited to continue with Valley Medical Group!
