  I received a massage gift certificate from my wife for fathers day 2017 to this location. I had misplaced it for a long time and eventually when doing spring cleaning found it. I called and spoke to Wendy and explained I had a gift certificate from 2017 and even though it had expired on Fathers Day 2018 she said no problem to schedule me for the next week and would take it. (good start)
  
  I did not wander around the facilities so I cannot comment on the restroom or other massage rooms. However the room I got my massage in was clean and well kept and soft music was playing during the duration of my massage.
  
  I received a deep tissue / swedish style massage. It lasted the entire hour it was supposed to so I felt the duration was exactly what it should have been. There was not much conversation other than the 'is the pressure good' or 'is this too hard?' type stuff but I was fine with just relaxing and letting her do job.
  
  Neck, head, back and lower back, legs, chest and front legs and feet were all covered so it was very thorough. Compression was good and you could feel the masseuse getting onto to the corners of the table to make sure the pressure was good and solid.
  
  I tipped what I felt was fair and not a single complaint unlike many other reviewers have said. I actually commented on the negative reviews I had read across a few sites and she said to me that people gave $5 tips after 2 hour massages. I would be insulted too I guess. I know how much effort it takes to massage someone for a long time so why people would tip less percentage than say a waitress or bartender I really don't know.
  
  Overall I had a great experience here and wanted to express that for me, I look forward to going back for a couples massage. :)

  We called them at the last minute for a couples massage and they were able to accommodate our request. The room was set up nice and the facility is very clean. Our massage therapists were great! My Swedish massage was just right and his deep tissue massage was great as well. Our service was $100 and we left a $50 tip & they were very pleased. It was an overall great experience and we would go back!!
