Wayne Auto Mall

I just purchased a 2022 Tuson from Zack and Mo at Wayne Auto Mall. After shopping around for this car for a month and dealing with other dealerships Wayne Auto Mall was a breathe of fresh air. They were extremely patient and professional! I had a very pleasurable experience and would definitely visit them for another car purchase in the future!

I went to Wayne’s Auto because they had a solid inventory and incredible deals. The car I was initially interested was sold but had more cars with similar price points. I worked with JR as my salesman and he was such a pleasure to work with. What I originally wanted online I wasn’t crazyyyyyy about in person. He made a suggestion for a car that had additional features I expected I’d pay a lot more for. I’m incredibly happy with the customer service I received from JR, Harold, and Abe. Highly recommend them for any future car purchases. I can’t wait to stop by and visit again when it’s time to service my car.

GREAT SERVICE!
I came for an oil change and tire rotation using a coupon from the Hyundai website even though the actual service is always done at the Mazda dealership. I was greeted right away. Inside, Michele checked me in, discussed what I needed to have done and made sure I understood everything. she was terrific! I had to get the full synthetic oil because I didn't know what type of oil the previous owner had used. It was explained to me that once you use synthetic oil, you are not supposed to use regular or even a blend of regular and synthetic. So I will have to pay the extra money for synthetic for the life of the car. But that will probably make the car run better and last longer so it is worth it in the end. They were VERY busy that day so the service took longer than it usually would have but I was able to use the computer, watch the news on TV, and have a little "down time".....so the time passed quickly. I really like this service department!! They are friendly, efficient, and best of all, good at what they do. Thanks Michele!
