Dr. Monica's Physical Therapy

Doctor Monica's one-on-one care and knowledge has significantly improved my multiple back and knee issues and enabled me to enjoy my life. P.S.: she gives a great massage as part of therapy which enhances the entire experience and reduces pain. I'd recommend her practice to anyone tired of the "PT mills".

After many years of shoulder pain (sublex in both), and several failed PT sessions over the years, I finally have relief. I'm back at the gym and lifting like I did 10 years ago. Dr. Monica understands the issue and gives personal attention to your particular problem rather than the PT mills that have a young fresh from college kid running you through things as fast as they possible can.

I have been going to Dr. Monica for a few months to address shoulder and neck pain from a previous injury. I have nothing but great things to say about my treatment and experience with Dr. Monica. She is very knowledgeable about her field and it shows through her treatment.

My shoulder and neck pain has decreased significantly and my shoulder mobility has increased. This wouldn’t have been possible without her knowledge. To see results you must complete your exercises but they’re easy and simple since Dr. Monica walks you through them. One final comment is that Dr. Monica is very personable and easy to talk to. It makes the treatment plan fly by and allows you to be open and honest about your progress (let’s be real here, there are going to be weeks that you can’t complete the exercises) because it doesn’t feel like she is judging you.
