(November 22, 2020, 4:16 pm)Super helpful staff even during covid, the genius helping didn't know if my preferred language was an option on the new OS so she asked a few other geniuses and they found out that I could in fact use it. Definitely recommend Willowbrook I've been to a few other Apple stores both in America and abroad and none beat the service I get at Willowbrook
