“Eric, the owner of Highlander Auto, was professional and thorough in his approach to auto care. The service he provided was fast and friendly. The last time I visited Eric for an oil change, he did an overall check of my vehicle and suggested I would be needing new front brakes pads in the near future. Yesterday, I went for my appointment for an oil change and to have the brakes replaced. During a thorough evaluation, Eric let me know I actually did NOT need brakes at this time and showed me the pads. I want to acknowledge an honest mechanic.”
