He invited us in and made us feel relaxed and comfortable, engaging us in pleasant conversation. Explaining the situation and what I was in search of, he first asked us questions that would identify our knowledge of the deceased. When he was satisfied, only then did he search for the information. In a matter of minutes he helped me complete my quest of 30 years. Her secretary is a sweetheart too, always being as accommodating and professional as possible.they have late night hours which is great also.
