(July 14, 2020, 8:37 pm)I’ve done all the big spin classes and nothing compares to this studio. Classes are challenging, the gym is clean and the instructors are great. The owner actually teaches most of the classes and she is excellent. I lost 17 pounds when I first started and have kept it off. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get into shape.
