Things can't be perfect everytime which is why I know they will fix it right away. Also over herd a agent tell a customer that they did not need new windshield wipers after someone said she needed them. Love the honesty.”

“About 2 weeks ago during the iced rain my car battery completely died. I called up pat and Dan's at 8:45am ish and they came out to my house hooked my car up and brought it to the shop which was about 1/2 away across town. Pat even drove me home. Later that day they called me with an update that they replaced the battery in my car and they offered to drive it back to my house. Awesome service and they are always so nice. Thanks and will be coming here for years to come.”

“Fast and friendly. Had to get all 4 tires replaced on my work van. They had more than one brand in stock, they took time to look at the current tires, the recommended tire types, and the manufacturer recommendations. Lots of places don't notice that the tire specs inside the door require a different air pressure for the front and back tires, but they noticed right away. There were several cars ahead of me but they worked through the line quickly. The shop was busy but I didn't wait long at all. I highly recommend this as a good place to ask for tire advice, they will take time to explain what you need and why. The staff speaks both English and Spanish. I'll definitely return again for tires.”
