“I don’t know why there is so many bad reviews, but personally I have always had a great experience with the staff in here they are really friendly to me or anybody I see when I’m there. I have been coming here for more then 5 years and I have had Dr. Rasa, Dr. DeIngeniis and now Im with Dr. Kowalsky and they are always professional and always try to figure out the best way to help me and if I need to go to a specialist they always try to help me find somebody that accepts my insurance so I don’t pay out of pocket. Actually Dr. Kowalsky help me get the results of a endoscopy i got done with a specialist that i decided to try, but never went back to because i lost the contact information and i really didn’t like and really didn’t care to go back to, but because she needed the result so she can prescribe me the correct medication. She asked me a few questions about the location and she found the clinic and called them for my results. One thing is that, yeah sometimes you have to wait a little longer but I have never waited longer than 20-30 min and is usually because I’m always 10-15 mins late to my appointments (no, I’m not proud of my poor time management) Maybe they just take longer because they are going above and beyond with each patient, and if that’s the case, I’ll said that the wait it’s worth it because I always want to be treated the way I do every time I go there.”
