I love this place but more importantly I love the people! Joanna always makes me feel special. And when she does her magic I feel beautiful, my hair is perfect again and again.

Okayyyy, I'm hooked! First of all, everyone was super friendly. Miguel really took his time during the consultation & asked me a lot of questions to figure out what I was looking for. He highlighted and cut my hair and I love it! I have long hair and he left my length. So happy. Highly recommend.

I brought both my daughters to Lirian for fashion color and cuts at separate times. These appointments were 4 hours long because my daughters have a lot of hair. We never felt rushed. Lirian couldn't have been sweeter and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Lirian is a true artist. I started seeing Denise since I've heard by many friends that she's a curly girl master. My hair is wavy and I never knew how to embrace my waves. You can tell she loves what she does. She was so patient with me and my hair never looked better. Just a side note - someone earlier mentioned being charged for their services when they were a no-show. This is a business and it's how these stylists make their living. I'm certain someone else would have taken their appointment. This salon sends several text messages and emails multiple times prior to an appointment so they give you every opportunity to cancel if you need to. Fair is fair.

I agree with so many of the reviews that state that this is THE salon to go to if you are looking for a beautiful NYC-loft style salon right here in NJ. The ambience is fresh and welcoming and all of the staff are friendly and professional. I followed Angela to Jo salon and now both of my daughters also go to her. She is an incredibly talented stylist and I always get compliments on my color. I met Joanna, the owner, during my first visit - she exudes such positive energy and it makes sense why the vibe there is so bright and cheerful. Every time I visit, Joanna picks up our conversation where we left off. Call me old fashioned, but if I’m going to spend a couple hours somewhere, I like to feel happy, taken care of, and comfortable in a relaxed and inviting environment. Thank you, keep doing you!!
