Profile Plan - Personalized Weight Loss Plans

I cannot say enough good things about profile and especially my coach, Michelle. I started with them last December when I was at my heaviest. Michelle was so relatable and encouraging. We were able to get me me to lose weight through the holidays and 40 pounds in about 6 months with minimal exercise. Michelle’s listening skills are really amazing and she was always so supportive. I will be forever thankful to Profile and Michelle for giving me my life back.

I have been in the fitness Industry for over 25 years (Instructor/trainer/nutrition coach). I cannot say enough positive things about Profile. From the fist phone call to my weekly meetings. It’s pretty incredible and innovative. I have lost over 10. Lbs. so far. I packed on almost 40 lbs during covid. I now feel better, cholesterol is down. My resting hear rate is already lowering. It’s not processed food. I cook my own meals, drink their shakes, eat a bar, a dessert - and exercise. The team in Bound Brook NJ is incredible. Thank you Profile !!!!!!!

Currently I lost 40lbs with Profile. I am so happy and contented that I knew this journey from my co worker who lost 50lbs. I am very thankful for my Coach Michelle who helps me in reaching my goal weight. She is always there to guide me on my journey. The food that they have are amazing, quick and easy to use specially for a busy working mom like me who wanted to loose weight. I am very happy that I started to invest in my health which made me feel confident and healthy. Everyone in Profile Bound Brook NJ is nice and accomodating.

So I will say that I'm still on my profile journey, but what a journey it's been. At the height of the pandemic, I topped out at at a meager 300 pounds and realized it was time for a lifestyle change. I have been doing coaching with Tiffany and Anthony and I'm happy to say that after four months on profile, I'm down 50 lbs! Not only is the coaching from the profile team incredibly supportive, but profile is the most "do-able" weight loss plan/lifestyle change I've used to date. I've burnt out on Isagenix, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem but Profile has not only tasty shakes and bars, but makes me want to eat better and understand the balance of healthy food vs. snacks. Again, and I can't say this enough Profile at Chimney Rock is the most do-able weight loss program I've done and I can see myself on Profile foods even after I hit my goal weight in another 25 pounds.

It’s the end of my first week on Profile (Bound Brook-Chimney Rock location) and I feel good about the program and my initial progress. Tiffany has been my coach these past two visits and she is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The meal replacement shakes (which is only part of the Profile program because you do cook for yourself as well) are quite delicious and I am excited to progress through the program and learn better nutritional choices to improve my health and lower my weight. The coaching aspect been great, and she even provides a post coaching email about our discussion. Wish me luck!

Update! 2/5/30. I am down 20 lbs. The coaches are amazing!
