It was a pleasure working with the Fallone group on our new construction home. John, Rob and the team had been excellent with communicating and updating us on the progress/selection throughout the entire process. We are very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend them to any potential new home buyers.

As a homeowner who recently went through the buying process to build our home with the Fallone Group, we absolutely LOVE our new forever home! The selection process was made easy, and when we had a unique request, John was more than willing to accommodate our needs. John and the Fallone Group were also flexible when we changed our minds several times about prior selections and wanted to make last minute changes. The foreman, Lee, on site was friendly and was always willing to give us updates upon visiting the construction site throughout the process. We were kept up to date and informed about the entire build from start to finish, and despite the effects from Covid-19, the Fallone Group worked their best to limit delays. Of course every new home has some issues as compared to an older property, however, John and the Fallone Group immediately responded to our needs and worked to get them addressed as quickly as possible. We would certainly not have purchased a home in this price range had we not felt the quality was worth the money in the current competitive market. We could not be happier to raise our family in our new home, and around the lovely neighbors who also chose to purchase homes with the Fallone Group.

Worked with Fallone Group on a new construction over the summer. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. Communication was great, change orders and upgrades were handled well and best of all we closed on the original closing date! I think I've been most impressed with Fallone Group post-closing. All minor issues were promptly addressed during the 30 day punch list timing and I'm confident we will have the same experience at the 1 year mark. We had zero issues with paint so it seems they've changed their sub-contractor per the feedback in some other reviews here...more evidence that Fallone Group listens to and values their customers. We love our new home!
