Steve and his talented team of BMW techs are TOP NOTCH. They service and maintain my 2019 540i, my wife’s 2019 X3M40i and my daughters 2013 X1. From winter tire packages to routine maintenance and repairs. Honesty doesn’t begin to describe the high ethical and moral character that Steve uses to run his shop. I’d highly recommend anyone who needs their early or late model BMW serviced or maintained stop in to talk with Steve.

Steve at Vicari Motors is the reason why I felt comfortable buying another CPO BMW - I felt safe knowing that I had found a great repair shop for when my warranty expires.

Steve is a straight shooter, very knowledgeable, took the time to explain exactly what broke on my car and what needed to be fixed, and his prices are reasonable. He even fixed a problem that I could not quite articulate (and had forgotten to tell him about) that had been present since I purchased my car and now it drives better than ever. I live roughly an hour away from his shop and the trip is definitely worth it.

Be warned, he is usually booked at least two-weeks out so you may need to be patient to get an appointment but that certainly speaks volumes about the quality of his operation.

I've known Steve and his crew for over 20 years and they continue to do a phenomenal job servicing my cars and at a great price. They've always taken the time to go over everything concerning the car(s) so that I understand and so that there are never any surprises.
