Paul and his partner did an expert job installing my new TV and sound bar and setting up my streaming services. He explained everything and there are many choices so the process can seem overwhelming. I wish I had gone to streaming and using a smart TV sooner. It is simple once you understand it and Paul makes it easy. I highly recommend him.

When I first met Paul of ClearCom, he listened to my concerns and understood my challenges with changes in technology. Throughout the process of updating the technology in my home, which included expanding my wifi, modernizing my old thermostats to Nests, and installing a 75 inch frame tv in my den and surround sound system in my den and entire main floor, Paul was pleasant, patient, neat, and methodical. I will reemphasize “patient” as he explained to me — a few times — how to operate my awesome new equipment — and always responds to my texts when I encounter an issue. He also simplified the clutter of wires and plugs coming out of my walls to the point where they are no longer visible but are also easily identifiable. I highly recommend ClearCom for all your AV needs.

I would highly recommend ClearCom. I recently bought a home in Somerset County with a ton of equipment already in it - which I didn’t have a ton of education on. Paul was willing to go through everything with me and explain what was going on with my system - something the original installer wanted to charge me a hefty fee just to walk in the door (after not returning my calls). Paul was great to work with - from the original consultation, giving me several options during the proposal stage and finally installing some updated equipment for me. He was always available for questions and made it very clear upfront that he wasn’t trying to make a quick buck. ClearCom earned a customer for life!

Paul, the owner, took the time to explain to me that I did not need a lot of the equipment and hard wiring, and new TV's I thought were needed to switch for cable tv to just internet and wifi. Saved me hundreds of dollars. He was very communicative and punctual. I am very happy with the service, installation, and would highly recommend ClearCom to anyone.

I used ClearCom services for full Google Home setup (doorbell, cameras), TV purchase and sonos soundbar setup, and sonos house/amp speaker setup. They also assessed and removed old equipment from a house I just bought. And it was an amazing experience!!! Paul is a one of a kind guy - he is passionate about getting his clients up on modern technology, he moves quickly, thoroughly, has integrity and knows what he is doing. I wanted him to teach me how to be modern with my AV stuff, and he did just that. He listened and responded to everything I needed. We had a few setup glitches (not him, my house) and he was patient and wouldn't give up until every last piece of equipment was in perfect working condition. Paul is the kind of guy that after the job is done you want to ask him to stick around and have a beer. Very cool guy, reasonable prices and knowledgeable about AV plus other house things. Glad I found my AV Yoda!
