Great quality gym at a fraction of the price of other similar gyms in area. Rob, Mary, and helpful staff do a great job maintaining the gym and keep the wide range of equipment in pristine condition. The gym family’s rich history is plastered all over the walls, an interesting thing to observe between sets. The gym community includes kind and helpful people from all walks of life. Overall a great place to get better every day and will keep coming back.

Gold's Gym in Bridgewater, NJ has everything the serious work-out enthusiast needs. Has all the free weights, machines, accessories and exercise classes that will satisfy everyone from the body builder to the weekend warrior.

Have been coming here for years and it only keeps getting better.
Clean, equipment is kept up-to-date, very courteous staff, recent upgrades to the men's locker room are much welcomed.
They also sincerely listen to their members by following-up on suggestions (when possible) to improve the gym experience.

In my experience this is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. The owners Rob and Mary care for this gym like nothing I have ever seen. They take personal pride in the establishment. They have by far the best over all equipment mix in the entire area if you are serious about working out and getting in shape the right way.
